Product Details:

A sintered bronze filter is a durable, porous filtration component made by bonding spherical bronze powder (copper & tin) under heat and pressure, creating a rigid structure with uniform pores for trapping particulates from gases or liquids, known for high strength, corrosion resistance, heat tolerance (up to ~250°C), reusability, and use in pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial air systems.

• Dirt particles, fibers
• Contaminants added during paint handling and transfers

Contaminated paint can cause craters, uneven coating and clogged spray nozzles. Paint skin (formed during storage) and coagulated pigments are gelatinous in nature which can deform during filtration and pass through the filter.

Our elements provide a depth of regular pore size to remove these impurities without removing dispersed pigments. filter bags and metal mesh elements can be used for general particulate and dirt removal. All products are supplied Silicone-free.
